Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits
Peel and chop the banana, mango, and pineapple into small chunks. If using frozen fruits, allow them to thaw slightly for about 5 minutes.
  2. Combine base ingredients
In a blender, add the yogurt, condensed milk, honey or sugar (if using), and vanilla extract. Pulse briefly to combine into a smooth mixture.
  3. Add fruits and ice
Add the prepared fruit chunks and crushed ice to the blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Add more ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  4. Adjust sweetness
Taste the smoothie and add more condensed milk or honey if needed. Blend again briefly to incorporate any additional sweeteners.
  5. Serve immediately
Pour the smoothie into tall glasses. Add a few ice cubes if desired. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional fruit pieces on top for an attractive presentation. Serve immediately with a straw.
