Instructions

  1. Prepare the avocados
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender. Choose avocados that are ripe but still firm for the best texture and flavor.
  2. Add liquid ingredients
Add the cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vanilla extract (if using), and lime juice to the blender with the avocados. The lime juice helps prevent browning and adds a subtle tang.
  3. Blend the mixture
Add ice cubes and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds. The mixture should be thick but pourable. Add more milk if it's too thick.
  4. Taste and adjust
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or condensed milk if needed. For a thinner consistency, add more regular milk. Blend again briefly to incorporate any additions.
  5. Serve immediately
Pour the smoothie into tall glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and crushed peanuts if desired. Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon for the thicker parts.
