Instructions

  1. Prepare the bananas
Slice the frozen bananas into chunks. If you don't have frozen bananas, freeze fresh banana slices for at least 2 hours before making the smoothie.
  2. Blend the base ingredients
Add the frozen banana chunks, coconut milk, and condensed milk to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  3. Add remaining ingredients
Add the ice cubes, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Blend again until the mixture is completely smooth and the ice is fully incorporated, about 30 seconds more.
  4. Check consistency and serve
Pour the smoothie into two glasses. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little more coconut milk and blend again. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or frozen banana.
  5. Garnish and enjoy
Sprinkle crushed peanuts and a pinch of cinnamon (if using) on top of each smoothie. Serve immediately with a straw for the authentic Vietnamese experience.
