Prepare the bananasSlice the frozen bananas into chunks. If you don't have frozen bananas, freeze fresh banana slices for at least 2 hours before making the smoothie.

Blend the base ingredientsAdd the frozen banana chunks, coconut milk, and condensed milk to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.

Add remaining ingredientsAdd the ice cubes, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Blend again until the mixture is completely smooth and the ice is fully incorporated, about 30 seconds more.

Check consistency and servePour the smoothie into two glasses. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little more coconut milk and blend again. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or frozen banana.

Garnish and enjoySprinkle crushed peanuts and a pinch of cinnamon (if using) on top of each smoothie. Serve immediately with a straw for the authentic Vietnamese experience.
