Season and cook the chickenSeason chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Prepare the wrap fillingIn a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated. Fold in half of the grated Parmesan cheese and lightly crushed croutons.

Assemble the wrapsLay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the dressed lettuce mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center. Top each with sliced chicken and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Roll the wrapsFold the bottom edge of each tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and continue rolling from the bottom to form a tight wrap. If desired, secure with toothpicks.

Finish and serveFor a warm wrap, heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the wrapped tortilla seam-side down. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another minute. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with lemon wedges.
