
Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Prepare the chickenIn a medium bowl, toss the chicken strips with buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated. Let marinate for 5 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.

Cook the chickenHeat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing into smaller pieces if desired.

Warm the tortillasMicrowave the tortillas for 20-30 seconds or heat them briefly in a dry skillet until soft and pliable. This prevents them from cracking when rolling.

Assemble the wrapsLay each tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of ranch or blue cheese dressing in the center of each tortilla. Top with equal portions of the cooked buffalo chicken.

Add the vegetablesLayer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and shredded cheese on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro if using.

Roll the wrapsFold the bottom edge of each tortilla up and over the filling, then fold in the sides and continue rolling tightly to form a wrap. If needed, secure with toothpicks.

ServeCut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
