Instructions

  1. Prepare the grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400-450°F). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the corn
Brush each ear of corn with olive oil, ensuring all sides are coated. This will help prevent sticking and promote even browning.
  3. Grill the corn
Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is charred in spots and tender when pierced with a knife.
  4. Make the buffalo sauce
While the corn is grilling, combine the melted butter and hot sauce in a small bowl. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  5. Prepare the blue cheese dressing
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, celery salt, and half of the blue cheese crumbles. Stir until smooth.
  6. Coat the corn
When the corn is done, remove from the grill and immediately brush each ear generously with the buffalo sauce, making sure to coat all sides.
  7. Garnish and serve
Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over each ear of corn. Sprinkle with the remaining blue cheese crumbles, diced celery, and chopped chives. Serve immediately while still warm.
