    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Mix well until completely blended. This creates a flavorful spread that complements the smoked turkey.
  3. Apply spreads and layer ingredients
    Spread the mayo-mustard mixture evenly on all bread slices. On two of the slices, layer the lettuce leaves, tomato slices, red onion, avocado slices, and Swiss cheese.
  4. Add the turkey and bacon
    Arrange the smoked turkey slices evenly over the vegetables. If using bacon, place the bacon strips on top of the turkey. This creates the perfect balance of flavors and textures.
  5. Complete the sandwich
