Make the miso caramelIn a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved, about 2 minutes. Whisk in the miso paste until fully incorporated, then add honey, rice vinegar, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened, then remove from heat.
