Brew the coffeeAdd the Vietnamese coffee grounds to a Vietnamese phin filter set over a heatproof glass. Pour a small amount of hot water to wet the grounds, then wait 30 seconds for them to bloom. Fill the filter with remaining hot water and allow it to drip slowly (about 4-5 minutes) to create a strong coffee concentrate.

Prepare the coconut mixtureIn a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined and the sugar is fully dissolved.

Blend the ingredientsOnce the coffee has finished brewing, let it cool for a few minutes. Then combine the strong coffee and coconut mixture in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until frothy and well combined.

Serve the coffeeFill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour the coffee-coconut mixture over the ice, dividing it equally between the glasses. If desired, top with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes for garnish.

Add final touchesFor an extra creamy presentation, you can add a dollop of coconut cream or whipped cream on top. Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon for stirring.
