Marinate the shrimpIn a medium bowl, combine shrimp with 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients.

Prepare the vegetablesHeat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and carrots, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add bell peppers and snow peas, stir-fry for another 2 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Transfer to a plate.

Cook the shrimpIn the same wok, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque, stirring frequently.

Combine and finishReturn vegetables to the wok with the shrimp. Add the remaining teriyaki sauce and toss everything together. Cook for 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and well-coated with sauce.

Garnish and serveTransfer the stir-fry to a serving platter. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately with hot jasmine rice.
