  1. Marinate the shrimp
    In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
  2. Prepare the vegetables
    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and carrots, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add bell peppers and snow peas, stir-fry for another 2 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Cook the shrimp
    In the same wok, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque, stirring frequently.
  4. Combine and finish
    Return vegetables to the wok with the shrimp. Add the remaining teriyaki sauce and toss everything together. Cook for 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and well-coated with sauce.
  5. Garnish and serve
    Transfer the stir-fry to a serving platter. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately with hot jasmine rice.
