Toast the breadToast all 6 slices of bread until golden brown. Set aside to cool slightly before assembling the sandwich.

Prepare the spreadIn a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with Dijon mustard. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Assemble first layerLay out 2 slices of toast and spread each with the mayo-mustard mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and half of the turkey. Season with salt and pepper.

Add middle layerPlace another slice of toast on top of each sandwich. Spread with mayo-mustard mixture and add avocado slices, red onion, and the remaining turkey.

Complete the sandwichTop with bacon strips, another lettuce leaf, and the final slice of toast spread with the remaining mayo-mustard mixture.

Secure and cutInsert wooden sandwich picks near each corner to hold the layers together. Using a sharp knife, cut each sandwich diagonally into quarters to create triangles.
