Make the slawIn a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Cook the fishHeat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated fish and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Transfer to a plate and break into smaller pieces if needed.

Warm the tortillasHeat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds, until warm and pliable.

Assemble the tacosLay out the warm tortillas and divide the fish evenly among them. Top each with a generous portion of the cabbage slaw, sliced avocado, and fresh cilantro.
