Prepare the toppingsArrange all toppings in separate bowls: diced onion, chopped cilantro, lime wedges, sliced avocado, crumbled cotija cheese, jalapeño slices, and radish slices.

Assemble the tacosPlace a spoonful of cooked chorizo in the center of each warm tortilla. Top with your desired combination of onions, cilantro, jalapeños, radishes, and cotija cheese.
