Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Warm the tortillas
Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or microwave them between damp paper towels for 20 seconds to make them more pliable.
  3. Assemble the base
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the dressing mixture over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Add the fillings
Divide the romaine lettuce evenly among the tortillas. Layer each with equal portions of diced chicken, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, chopped eggs, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and blue cheese.
  5. Roll the wraps
Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go to create a tight wrap. If needed, secure with toothpicks.
  6. Slice and serve
Cut each wrap in half diagonally with a sharp knife. Serve immediately with any remaining dressing on the side for dipping.
