Instructions

  1. Prepare the tuna mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard. Use a fork to break up any large chunks of tuna and mix until well combined.
  2. Add the mix-ins
Fold in the diced red onion, celery, fresh dill, capers (if using), and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Warm the tortillas
If desired, warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 10 seconds per side, or microwave them covered with a damp paper towel for 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.
  4. Assemble the wraps
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Place 1/2 cup of mixed salad greens in the center of each tortilla, leaving about a 2-inch border around the edges.
  5. Add the tuna salad
Spoon about 1/4 of the tuna salad mixture onto the greens on each tortilla, spreading it evenly in a line across the center.
  6. Add the fresh toppings
Top each with a few slices of avocado and tomato, distributing them evenly among the wraps.
  7. Roll the wraps
Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the edges as you go to create a secure wrap. If needed, secure with toothpicks.
