  2. Make the buffalo chicken filling
    In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Stuff the jalapeños
    Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each jalapeño half, filling them generously. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Add the toppings
    Sprinkle the stuffed jalapeños with blue cheese crumbles and panko breadcrumbs for an extra crispy topping.
  5. Bake to perfection
