Ingredients
Instructions
-
Prepare the chicken mixtureIn a large bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt, and blue cheese crumbles. Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
-
Form the pattiesDivide the mixture into 12-16 equal portions and shape into patties slightly larger than the slider buns, as they will shrink during cooking. Press a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent them from puffing up.
-
Cook the slidersHeat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add a thin layer of oil. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are golden brown on the outside.
-
Toast the bunsWhile the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns either in a toaster, under the broiler for 30 seconds, or on the edges of the same skillet you're using for the patties.
-
Assemble the slidersSpread blue cheese dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a chicken patty, a drizzle of additional buffalo sauce if desired, shredded lettuce, and red onion slices. Place the top bun on each slider.
-
ServeArrange the sliders on a serving platter. Serve immediately while hot, with additional buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
