
Greek Nachos with Pita Chips
A Mediterranean twist on classic nachos with homemade pita chips

Prepare the pita chipsPreheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut each pita bread into 8 triangles. Arrange the triangles in a single layer on baking sheets. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and dried oregano.

Bake the pita chipsBake the pita triangles for 12-15 minutes, turning once halfway through, until they're golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Prepare the toppingsWhile the pita chips are baking, prepare the toppings. Dice the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Slice the olives and chop the parsley. Place each ingredient in separate bowls for easy assembly.

Assemble the nachosArrange the baked pita chips on a large serving platter. Sprinkle evenly with the diced cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and Kalamata olives.

Add the cheese and sauceCrumble the feta cheese over the vegetables. Drizzle tzatziki sauce across the top of the nachos or serve it on the side for dipping.

Garnish and serveFinish by sprinkling fresh chopped parsley over the top. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately while the chips are still crisp.
