Fresh and colorful vegetable sandwich with herb cream cheese

Prepare the breadLightly toast the whole grain bread slices until just golden. Allow to cool slightly before assembling the sandwich.

Add the spreadSpread the herb cream cheese evenly on all bread slices. Drizzle half of the olive oil over two of the bread slices.

Layer the vegetablesOn two of the bread slices, arrange the avocado slices first, then layer with cucumber, tomato, red bell pepper, and red onion. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Add the greensTop the vegetables with fresh spinach leaves and alfalfa sprouts. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and the remaining olive oil.

Complete the sandwichPlace the remaining bread slices on top, cream cheese side down. Press gently to secure all ingredients. Cut diagonally with a sharp knife for easier handling and a prettier presentation.
