
Honey Lemon Glazed Salmon
Tender salmon fillets with a sweet and tangy citrus glaze

Prepare the glazeIn a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon zest until well combined. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the mixture for serving.

Prepare the salmonPat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Let the salmon sit at room temperature for 10 minutes while you preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sear the salmonHeat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes until the skin is crispy. Brush the tops of the fillets with half of the glaze mixture.

Bake the salmonTransfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

Add final glazeRemove the skillet from the oven and brush the salmon with the remaining glaze (except the reserved 2 tablespoons). Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes to allow the glaze to set.

Garnish and serveSprinkle the salmon with fresh dill and parsley. Drizzle with the reserved glaze and garnish with lemon slices. Serve immediately while hot.
