Prepare the vegetablesWhile the meat is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Slice the cucumber, dice the tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion. Keep them separate for assembly.

Assemble the sandwichesLay each warmed pita flat and spread 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce in the center. Add a portion of the cooked meat, then top with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.

Fold and serveFold the pita over the filling to form a pocket or wrap it like a burrito, securing with parchment paper or foil if needed. Serve immediately while still warm.
