  2. Prepare the crab
    Gently fold the crab meat in a bowl, being careful not to break up the lumps too much. Check for any remaining shell fragments and remove them.
  3. Assemble the bowls
    Divide the cooled sushi rice among 4 serving bowls. Arrange the crab meat, diced avocado, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes in separate sections on top of the rice.
  4. Add the dressing
    Drizzle each bowl with the prepared dressing, ensuring it covers all ingredients. If using wasabi, place a small amount on the side of each bowl.
  5. Garnish and serve
    Sprinkle with sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and nori strips if using. Serve immediately while the ingredients are fresh and at their best temperature.
