Prepare the sauceIn a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic powder until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Warm the tortillasHeat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 20 seconds on each side, or microwave them between damp paper towels for 15-20 seconds until warm and pliable.

Assemble the wrapsLay each tortilla on a flat surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce in the center of each tortilla, leaving about a 2-inch border. Layer each with lettuce, sliced chicken, 2 strips of bacon broken in half, tomato slices, avocado slices, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.

Fold the wrapsTo fold each wrap, fold in the sides of the tortilla, then fold up the bottom and roll tightly to enclose the filling. If needed, secure with a toothpick.

Toast for extra crispiness (optional)For a crispy exterior, place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in a clean, dry skillet over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Slice and serveUsing a sharp knife, cut each wrap diagonally in half. Serve immediately with any remaining sauce on the side for dipping.
