
Hot Crab Dip
Creamy, cheesy dip loaded with lump crab meat and spices

Prepare the ovenPreheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish or 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.

Mix the baseIn a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.

Add seasoningsStir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until well combined.

Incorporate the cheeseFold in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and all of the Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Add the crab meatGently fold in the lump crab meat, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Be careful not to break up the crab pieces too much, as larger chunks make for a more luxurious dip.

Transfer and topSpoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese on top.

Bake the dipBake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.

ServeRemove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot with crackers, sliced baguette, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks.
