Instructions

  1. Combine base ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Add herbs and seasonings
Fold in the chopped dill, chives, and parsley. Add the honey, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard (if using). Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Adjust flavors
Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings as needed. For a tangier dressing, add more lemon juice. For more sweetness, add a touch more honey. If it's too thick, thin with a small amount of water or milk.
  4. Chill and serve
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. The dressing will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  5. Serving suggestions
Serve as a dressing for green salads, grain bowls, or roasted vegetables. Can also be used as a dip for crudités, a spread for sandwiches, or a sauce for grilled meats and fish.
