Instructions

  1. Prepare the tuna mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well, breaking up any large chunks of tuna. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add herbs and olives
Fold in the chopped dill, mint, and Kalamata olives into the tuna mixture. Stir gently to combine, ensuring the herbs are evenly distributed throughout.
  3. Warm the wraps
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Warm each wrap for about 30 seconds per side until pliable but not crispy. Place on a work surface.
  4. Assemble the wraps
Spread the tuna mixture evenly among the four wraps, leaving about an inch of space around the edges. Layer with cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices.
  5. Add the finishing touches
Sprinkle each wrap with crumbled feta cheese and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Season with a touch more salt and pepper if desired.
  6. Roll and serve
Fold in the sides of each wrap, then roll up from the bottom, tucking in the vegetables as you go. Slice each wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in parchment paper for a portable meal.
