Add the second layer and bakeAdd the remaining cheese and pulled pork on top. Sprinkle half of the diced red onion and jalapeño slices over everything. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and starting to bubble around the edges.
-
Add fresh toppingsRemove the nachos from the oven. Immediately top with pico de gallo, remaining red onion, and remaining jalapeño slices. Drizzle with the remaining BBQ sauce.
-
Finish with garnishesAdd dollops of sour cream across the nachos. Arrange the diced avocado pieces on top and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Squeeze the lime juice evenly over everything to add brightness.
