Layer the loxArrange 2 oz of thinly sliced smoked salmon on the bottom half of each bagel, folding the slices to create volume and texture.

Add the toppingsTop the salmon with a few slices of red onion, cucumber, and tomato. Sprinkle with capers and fresh dill. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
