
Turkey and Brie Baguette
A gourmet sandwich with creamy brie and roasted turkey

Prepare the baguetteSlice the baguette in half lengthwise, then cut crosswise to create two sandwiches. If desired, lightly toast the cut sides of the baguette under a broiler for 1-2 minutes until just golden.

Add the spreadsSpread the Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each baguette portion. Spread the cranberry sauce or fig jam on the top half of each baguette portion.

Layer the ingredientsOn the bottom half of each baguette, layer the sliced turkey breast evenly. Place the brie cheese slices on top of the turkey. Add the thinly sliced red onion on top of the brie.

Add the greensIn a small bowl, toss the arugula with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Distribute the dressed arugula on top of the sandwich layers.

Finish the sandwichPlace the top half of the baguette over the fillings and press gently. If desired, wrap tightly in parchment paper or foil and let sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
