  1. Prepare the tuna marinade
    In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce until well combined. Add the diced tuna and gently toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
  2. Prepare the toppings
    In a separate bowl, combine the diced avocado, cucumber, scallions, and cilantro. Gently mix together and set aside.
  3. Warm the tortillas
    Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds per side until pliable but not crisp. Keep warm by wrapping in a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Assemble the tacos
    Place a spoonful of the marinated tuna mixture onto each warm tortilla. Top with the avocado-cucumber mixture, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Serve immediately
