Prepare the tofuCarefully remove the silken tofu from its package and drain excess water. Place the tofu on a serving plate. Cut into 1-inch cubes while keeping the block intact.

Prepare the century eggsPeel the century eggs carefully, rinse lightly if desired, and chop them into small cubes or pieces. Set aside.

Make the sauceIn a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the sauce and stir to combine.
