  1. Prepare the cream cheese spread
    In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined. Season with a pinch of black pepper.
  2. Warm the tortillas
    Briefly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or microwave for 10-15 seconds until soft and pliable.
  3. Assemble the wraps
    Lay the warmed tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Add the fillings
    Arrange the smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese. Layer the sliced avocado, red onion, and baby spinach on top. If using, add capers and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  5. Roll and serve
    Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment paper if taking to go.
