Marinate the beefAdd the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2-4 hours for deeper flavor.

Prepare the vegetablesWhile the beef marinates, carefully wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Julienne the carrot and slice the green onions. Arrange on a serving platter along with the cooked rice and gochujang.

Cook the bulgogiHeat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Working in batches to avoid overcrowding, cook the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until browned and slightly caramelized but still tender.
