Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together sriracha, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined. Reserve ¼ cup of the sauce for later use.
  2. Marinate the chicken
Add the chicken pieces to the remaining sauce in the bowl, toss to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
  3. Cook the chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the marinated chicken to the skillet, discarding excess marinade. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
  4. Glaze the chicken
Pour the reserved ¼ cup of sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and forms a glaze. Remove from heat.
  5. Warm the tortillas
Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or wrap them in damp paper towels and microwave for 30 seconds until warm and pliable.
  6. Assemble the tacos
Place a portion of the honey sriracha chicken in the center of each warm tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, sliced radishes, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
