
Goat Cheese and Honey Crostini
Crispy toasts topped with creamy goat cheese and sweet honey

Prepare the breadPreheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a large baking sheet. Lightly brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.

Toast the crostiniBake the bread slices for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they're golden and crisp on both sides. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Prepare the goat cheese mixtureIn a medium bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, thyme leaves, lemon zest, black pepper, and sea salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Assemble the crostiniSpread a generous layer of the goat cheese mixture onto each toasted baguette slice. Arrange the crostini on a serving platter.

Add the finishing touchesDrizzle the remaining honey over the crostini. Sprinkle with the toasted walnuts and dried cranberries if using. Add a light drizzle of the remaining olive oil.
