Prepare the cream cheeseIn a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with vanilla extract and cinnamon if using. This adds extra flavor to your sandwich.

Spread the cream cheeseSpread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread, making sure to cover the entire surface.

Add the jellySpread the grape jelly or strawberry jam on the remaining two slices of bread. If using honey, drizzle it over the jelly layer.

Assemble the sandwichPlace the jelly-covered bread slices on top of the cream cheese-covered slices to form two sandwiches. Press gently to seal.
