  1. Prepare the herb butter
    In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with chopped chives, parsley, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Set aside at room temperature.
  2. Prepare the grill
    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400°F or 190-205°C). Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  3. Wrap the corn
    Wrap each ear of corn with 2 slices of bacon, slightly overlapping the bacon as you wrap. The bacon should cover the corn completely. Secure the ends with wooden skewers or toothpicks to hold the bacon in place during grilling.
  4. Grill the corn
    Place the bacon-wrapped corn on the preheated grill. Close the lid and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning every 4-5 minutes to ensure even cooking. The corn is done when the bacon is crispy and the corn is tender.
  5. Apply the herb butter
