  1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating for an extra crispy crust.
  2. Prepare the flatbreads
    Brush each flatbread with olive oil on both sides. Place them on a baking sheet or directly on the preheated pizza stone if using.
  3. Add the cheese layer
    Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbreads, leaving a small border around the edges. Dot with crumbled goat cheese throughout.
  4. Add the peaches
    Arrange the peach slices evenly over the cheese layer. Season with a small pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Bake the flatbreads
    Place the flatbreads in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Add the prosciutto and finish
    Remove the flatbreads from the oven and immediately top with torn prosciutto pieces. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with torn basil leaves and red pepper flakes if using.
  7. Serve
    Cut the flatbreads into wedges and serve immediately while still warm. For an extra touch, drizzle with a little more olive oil just before serving.
