  1. Brew the tea
    Bring 4 cups of water to just under a boil (about 175°F/80°C). Add the jasmine green tea bags and steep for 3-4 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow the tea to cool completely.
  2. Sweeten the tea
    While the tea is still warm, stir in the honey or agave syrup until completely dissolved. This creates the base sweetened tea mixture.
  3. Add citrus flavors
    Stir in the fresh lemon juice and lime juice to the cooled sweetened tea. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill thoroughly and allow flavors to meld.
  4. Prepare the garnishes
    Wash and slice the lemon and lime into thin rounds. Rinse mint leaves and gently pat dry. If using edible flowers, ensure they are food-safe and pesticide-free.
  5. Assemble the spritzers
    Fill four tall glasses with ice. Pour the chilled jasmine tea mixture to fill about 2/3 of each glass. Top each glass with sparkling water or seltzer.
  6. Garnish and serve
    Gently stir each drink. Garnish with lemon and lime slices, fresh mint leaves, and an edible flower if using. Serve immediately while bubbles are still active.
