Marinate the shrimpAdd the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss gently to coat each piece. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.

Assemble the skewersThread the marinated shrimp and vegetable pieces onto skewers, alternating between shrimp, bell peppers, and red onion. Leave a small space between each piece to ensure even cooking.

Preheat the grillPreheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 375-400°F or 190-205°C). Oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.

Grill the skewersPlace the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque with slight char marks. The vegetables should be slightly softened with some charring.
